PhD student

LISN (ExSitu team) & Centre de Recherche en Design (ENS Paris-Saclay), Université Paris‑Saclay

Currently: Working on my PhD (subject here) and designing prototypes for Asynchronous Collaboration in Layout Design Tools, based on the idea that designers create, adjust and break layout rules.

I used to: I studied Graphic Design at ésaat in Roubaix (France) and Research in Design at École Normale Supérieure ParisSaclay. My full CV is avaible here.

I also love: refining baking recipes 🎂, using a fountain ink pen 🖋️, working with people 👯, reading novels 📚 and making zines ✂️.

MeetingBlocks ✦ PEPR eNSEMBLE's hackathon during the 2026 Trans Numériques

Emma-Jade De Moor, Carl Abou Saada Nujaim & Mélodie Sanchez

MeetingBlocks is a reification of a meeting's planning. It aims to help users manage temporal and contextual constraints in collaborative workspaces.

Our informal interviews during the Trans Numériques showed that participants struggled to manage work sessions' duration as well as to share and quickly retrieve work files.

It is linked to a specific videocall and holds the structure of the meeting. It works as a timeline holding information such as the meeting's phase and parameters (who can talk? in which oder?), work documents, participants' notes, tasks...

Our work in inspired by Instrumental Interaction and Generative Theories of Interaction.
